Paver Sealing Marketing

One paver sealing contractor spent $100,000 on ads. He made $1.4 million.

Four years. About $2,000 a month in ad spend. A 14x return on ad spend, and still 9.5x after what he paid us. The campaigns are still running today.

Paver Sealing Marketing

Four Years. About $2,000 a Month in Ads. $1.4 Million in Revenue.

Phil runs Elite Power Washing Services in Florida. Over four years on our program he put roughly $100,000 into Facebook ads and closed $1.4 million from them. That is $14 back for every dollar into ads, and 9.5x after what he pays us. The campaigns are still running today.

Every figure below it comes straight out of his ad account.

What He Put Into Ads

$1

What Came Back

$14

For every $1 he spent on ads, he got $14 back.

Add in what he pays us and it is still about 9.5x. This did not come from one lucky ad or one good season. It came from four years of building, testing and rebuilding the campaigns, and from a sales system on his end that closes what we send.

His three live paver campaigns. Meta Ads Manager, Dec 2025 to Jul 2026.

Two campaigns run side by side in different parts of his service area. One delivers a homeowner for $22.05, the other for $27.19. Neither has gone above $32 in twelve months.

These lead counts cover the paver campaigns we started for him in July 2025. The $1.4 million is Phil's four year total across everything we run.

His phone did not stop for twelve months

1,964 homeowners across 365 days. Not a launch spike, not one good season. Roughly five a day, every day, through two Florida winters.

He never bid against three other sealers

Every one of those homeowners contacted Elite directly, off Elite's own ads. No marketplace sold the same driveway to four companies. He quoted on his work, not on being cheapest.

He is still writing the check today

The campaigns are live right now, and he is spending more per month today than the four year average he published. Nobody does that unless the leads keep closing.

The Honest Version

This Was Not One Lucky Ad

There is no magic campaign in this account. There is four years of building, testing and rebuilding, and a client who does his half of the job.

He built a sales system

Phil knows exactly what happens when a lead comes in: how he talks to people, how he quotes, how he comes across as a professional. Ads that produce 1,964 conversations are worth nothing to a company that cannot handle them. That half is on you, and we will tell you straight if it is not ready.

We rebuilt it before it broke

Every campaign decays. When response started slipping, it got rebuilt rather than nursed along, and the new build came back in under $27 a homeowner. That is the part you are actually paying for.

Three out of four came by message

1,446 of the 1,964 arrived as a Messenger conversation, not a form. A homeowner who messages you is ready to talk right now, which is why the automated five minute reply is not optional.

Nobody turned it off

Elite has had ads running with us since October 2021. Contractors who pause every slow season never build the audience data or the familiarity that makes year four cheaper than year one.

"David Kunstek and his team Clean Marketing create optimal ads for my companies. Clean Marketing has collectively/strategically placed my business in front of the right audience and has given me the platform to close $1.4 million on Facebook ads in the last (4) years."

The Problem

Shared Leads Are Costing You More Than You Think

Shared Leads (Angi, Thumbtack, Marketplaces)

  • Same lead sent to 3 to 5 competitors
  • You are the fourth call, so it turns into a price fight
  • You pay whether or not the homeowner picks up
  • Fastest dialer wins, and you were on a job
  • No control over lead volume
  • Stop paying and every bit of it disappears

Exclusive Leads (Our Approach)

  • Leads contact YOUR company only
  • Your ads, your page, your leads. Nobody else can buy them.
  • $25.78 per lead or conversation on our Florida paver campaigns
  • Compete on quality, not price
  • Automated text back in under 5 minutes
  • You own the ad account, the pixel and the page

Why Ours Work

What Makes a Paver Sealing Campaign Different From "Running Some Ads"

Most agencies build one ad, run it at everybody, and call it a campaign. Here is what is actually running behind a paver sealing account we manage.

Multiple Entry Points, Multiple Creatives

Homeowners do not all buy for the same reason. One is embarrassed by the driveway before a party. One is watching sand wash out every storm. One just wants the wet look back. We run separate angles at each of them instead of one ad hoping to catch everybody.

Branding Ads, Not Just Lead Ads

Lead generation ads alone produce the peaks and valleys every contractor complains about. We run branding ads underneath them that warm the audience a little more every single day, so the lead campaigns are always selling to people who already know your name.

We Post to Your Page 3x a Week

Social media management is part of the program, every other day. When a homeowner taps your name to check you out, the difference between our clients who do well and the ones who absolutely kill it is what is sitting on the page waiting for them.

Scripts and Training for Your Crew

We give you the scripts and train your people on what to say, how to say it, and how to set up the situation so it does not feel forced. The ad gets the homeowner talking. The script is what turns that into a booked job.

Our Video Course, Included

Three hours on how to shoot video for a home service business. How to hook a viewer in the first seconds, what to say and when, and how to actually call them to action. We have not seen another agency in this space hand a client the training instead of just billing for the ads.

Your Customer List Becomes an Audience

If you have been in business a while, that list is an asset nobody is using. We build Custom Audiences from it to bring past customers back, then have Meta go find more people who look and live like the customers who have already paid you.

Meta Ads Manager: seven creatives at $26.79, $27.45, $23.08, $31.43, $24.14, $20.52 and $31.04 per messaging conversation
Seven creatives in rotation on one paver account, 90 days.

This is what "multiple creatives" actually means

Seven different angles at seven different homeowners, running at the same time on one account. They do not perform the same. The spread runs $20.52 to $31.43 a conversation. Knowing which is which is the entire job. Budget moves toward the winners every week, and the ones that stop pulling come out.

Meta Ads Manager: 778 messaging conversations at $25.75 and 49,294 ThruPlays at one cent
Same account: lead campaign on top, branding campaign under it.

This is what branding underneath lead gen looks like

The top row is the lead campaign, 778 conversations at $25.75 so far this year. The row under it is the branding campaign running at the same time, 49,294 video plays at a penny each. Most agencies would sell you only the top row. The bottom row is why the top row stays cheap.

Meta Ads Manager: 425 messaging conversations at $17.10
425 conversations at $17.10 on a messenger campaign.

A newer account. 85 conversations at $20.24.

A lead is a homeowner who filled out your form or opened a message asking about their driveway, patio or pool deck. Our best performing paver sealer pulls them at about $23. The average client lands near $50. A brand new company, thin branding, or a page nobody posts on can push it to $90 or more.

Notice what separates those columns. It is almost never the market. It is whether homeowners already recognize your name and whether there is anything on your page when they go looking. That is exactly why branding ads and social posting are inside this program instead of sold to you as an upgrade.

Season, market size and how fast you answer all move these numbers. Nobody can promise a lead count, including us.

Run on the typical $50 a lead. If your market and your brand put you nearer our best account at $23, the same budget books $45,600. Nearer $90 it books $11,400. Lead counts and costs are ours. The closing rate and job value are yours, so the revenue is only as good as those two numbers.

A General Marketer Will Learn Your Business On Your Budget

A Marketer Who Takes Any Client

  • Month one is you explaining efflorescence, sand washout and wet look versus matte
  • No idea what a paver sealing lead should cost, so no idea when something is broken
  • Starts from a blank page. Their testing budget is your ad budget.
  • One "free quote" ad, one audience, and no plan for when it tires out
  • Does not know your season, so the budget is flat while your calendar is not
  • Hands you ads and nothing else. No content, no scripts, no training.

  • Over five years running paver sealing ads, including three years for Trident, a major sealer manufacturer
  • We know what a lead costs in this trade because we have the accounts to check
  • Years of proven angles, creative and audiences. Your first campaign is not our first.
  • Multiple angles plus branding ads, aimed at audiences built from your own buyers
  • We have run these campaigns through four Florida winters and know the rhythm
  • Ads, social posting, scripts, training and the video course, all in the program
"I have been working with clean marketing for about a year now. David and Connor have both been so professional and willing to answer any questions I have at any time. Not only are they very tentative, the quality and amount of leads they have helped generate for my business has completely transformed it, allowing it to grow. My only regret is not working with them sooner. If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would."

Month to month after the first 90 days. We ask for 90 because that is how long it takes to know anything.

This Is a Fit If

  • You have an established sealing business with crews running through the season
  • You could absorb another 8 to 12 sealing jobs a month without dropping the ball
  • You can commit $50 a day in ad spend for a full 90 days
  • Somebody at your company answers or returns calls the same day
  • You have a sales process, or you are willing to build one. The ads produce the lead. You still have to close it.

This Is Not a Fit If

  • You are still landing your first customers and figuring out pricing
  • You want to put in $300 for a month and see what happens
  • You are shopping purely on who charges the least
  • Leads would sit in an inbox for three days before anyone calls

Straight Answers

What You Are Probably Already Thinking

We read the contractor groups. We know what gets said about marketing companies in there, and most of it is deserved. Here are the objections we hear most, answered before you have to ask.

"Every marketing company says they're the best and has nothing to show for it."

Fair. That is the loudest complaint in every contractor group we are in. So we are not asking you to take our word for anything. Phil posted his four year numbers publicly, with his name and his company on them, and tagged us in it. That screenshot is at the top of this page. Ask us for his number on the call and go ask him yourself.

"You're not a sealer. What would you know about my business?"

We have never sealed a driveway and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we have done is run paver sealing ads for over five years, for dozens and dozens of sealing companies, and for three of those years we ran the advertising for Trident, one of the major sealer manufacturers in this trade. We have seen this industry from the contractor's side and from the manufacturer's side. We know what a paver sealing lead costs, which angles get a homeowner to raise their hand, and what has to be on your page before somebody books.

Am I locked into a contract?

Ninety days, then month to month. We ask for the 90 because the first 30 is Meta's learning period and judging a campaign before that is judging noise. After that, if it is not working you leave, and we would rather you did than stay unhappy.

Am I just going to get tire kickers and price shoppers?

Some of them, yes. Anybody who tells you every lead is a $3,000 job is lying to you. What we can do is write the ads so the cheap crowd self-selects out, put the scripts in your hands so your people qualify on the phone instead of driving to every quote, and give you the volume to say no to the ones who linger over pennies.

How do I know where my money actually went?

Ad spend goes straight from your card to Meta and never touches us, so you can open the account and count it yourself. On top of that you get a live dashboard showing every lead, every dollar and which ad produced which job. If an agency will not show you that, there is a reason.

"I don't have time to shoot content."

You do not have to become a videographer. We post to your page three times a week as part of the program, and the video course exists so that when you do grab your phone on a job, you know what to shoot and what to say. Ten seconds of a wet look reveal beats anything we could stage.

Why is $50 a day the minimum?

Meta needs a volume of conversions before it can find the homeowners worth showing your ad to. Under about $50 a day in a normal sized market the campaign never gets enough data to learn. We would rather turn the account down than take money for a budget that cannot work.

How long before this is worth judging?

Leads usually start inside the first week, but understand what you are actually doing on Meta. Nobody is on Facebook looking for a paver sealing company. They are posting pictures of their kids and minding everybody else's business. On Google you capture demand that already exists. Here you create it, which means a homeowner has to see you, learn who you are, and then decide their driveway bothers them enough to do something about it.

That cycle takes time, and then your own sales cycle from quote to close stacks on top of it. The first 30 days is Meta's learning period. Judge the program on days 30 to 90, not on week one.

Are the leads really exclusive?

Yes. They come off your own ad account, on your own ads, to your own page, and they land on your phone. There is nobody to share them with and nobody else can buy them. Compare that to a marketplace lead, which is sold to whoever is willing to pay for it, including the sealer down the road.

I tried Facebook ads before and it did not work.

That is most of the contractors we talk to. It is almost always one of four things: budget too small to exit learning, one tired creative running to one cold audience, follow up too slow, or a "free quote" offer with nothing behind it. Bring the old campaign to the call and we will tell you which.
